Icon at top of screen disappears when Safari is ON.

I liked the fact the icon with USD & (I chose) Thai Baht was at the top of my desktop screen after I selected that option, BUT the icon disappears when Safari is ON, so it is not tere when I need it to do emails other things.

If it is a problem I caused some how I need help overcoming it. Then I will give it a better rating than one star; maybe for or five?

If it is normal, the program is a waste of money.
